I just got finished with online support and they said their is something new that I am unhappy about

They said that there is no longer telephone support. Then they said that even though My new tomtom go discover unit does not work and can't connect with my drive in the car where it disconnects after it connects in my house, they are adding a 15% restocking fee. My unit is broken and I want to return it. They said that they are sending a label which is fine but a restocking fee for a broken unit is terrible. Then they told me about telephone support is no longer. I can't even talk to someone about this live. I have owned tomtoms for over 15 years and have been a member of this forum for the same, what tomtom is doing is terrible..
