Good afternoon, I bought a live service subscription for 3 years for my Laguna 3 and later too
tickets subscription incl. live service but in both cases live service is not activated.
I have a Tom Tom account but I can't add a new product No idea how to get things working or how to get my money back. SD card is recognized in TomTom home and map updates do work (I just don't have an activation code can't be found on the packaging map is the latest version 10.6

    Have you tried a factory reset already?

    but unfortunately no Live service. and everything is on.
