My TomTom Go Pro 6200 will not start

I get the TomTom my drive logo and nothing elsa, no noise or anything

    Hi @tonycliff22

    Try pressing and holding in the button for about 20 seconds plus until you hear the drumroll sound then let the button go. Make sure it is well charged whilst trying this.

    Thanks Doug, I’ve done that but nothing doing, it just goes to a black screen then the logo but no drum roll. If I keep the button pressed it just goes round in a loop.
