How do I check my destination from TomTom Go Premium X or My Drive? I mean the address and house number I set. Now I can only see the street name, but not the house number.

If you have a current route planned and you are following it if you

Tap Menu
Tap Recent Destinations

It will be the address at the top of the list and will include the house number.

When you have checked then just Tap the Arrow top Right and you will return to your current route.
