Different distance, time on Rider and smart route planner

I have constructed a route with smart planner on the TomTom MyDrive Connect site. I have uploaded the GPX file to my Rider 400. In the route planner I get 406 kms and 4hrs.31 minutes. On the Rider I get 406 kms and 5hrs.36 minutes. Checking on GPX reader pro I get 403 kms and 4hrs 52 min.
What causes these differences and what is the correct driving time?
No, I have not asked to avoid autoroutes on either.
