NO MAPS ON TOMTOM CONNECT

IIn MyDrive Connect it says my device is up to date and all I get under "MY MAPS" under "MY CONTENT" is a loyalty offer.
My serial number is QW 3364K01145, MODEL 4FA60
Instaled maps were AUSTRALIA
Should this model have life time maps and traffic update?
I haven't got any option to update maps in MyDrive Connect.

Please if you can check my device and help me to solve this isues.

    Hi @Sandra2200

    The very latest Map version is 10.75 which has replaced the v10.70

    @VikramK or @lampard can review your units settings on the TT servers and resolve any issues regarding Lifetime. Look back here later to see wha they say.

    The services on your device for some reason show in pending status..
    Could you do a factor reset and login with your TomTom account on the device and MyDrive Connect...

    Main menu- Settings- System- Reset

    I can’t get into the navigator. As this problem started after I did full factory reset. I connect the device to my MyDrive Connect. Once the restoration is finished updating and the device is turned back on I can only select language. Then I am asked to select a country . Which the tabs are grey and I cannot click on anything.

    ok I connected my device to MYDrive and is now on downloading items It first asked me to add this device to my account and went onto update and download How long should this take as so far it been about 30mins
