TomTom Rider 450 - Poor voice quality when communicating with the telephone

I have a TomTom Rider 450 device. I have connected to the device in Bluetooth communication: a mobile phone (Huawei P30) and a Schuberth SRCS C3 Pro headset. During the telephone call, both received and made, the voice quality is strongly distorted, making it impossible to understand the telephone conversation.
I am asking for help in this matter.
Factory reset, re-pairing - did not help.

    Hi @Krzysztof_J
Welcome to the community! You seem to have tried the basic troubleshooting already...
Could you check if the same issue persists when pairing it with a different phone model?
Just to confirm if this is not phone/model specific...

    Thanks,
    Vikram

Ok. I will check on a different phone model.
However, there is no problem with bad voice quality when the phone is only paired with the Schuberth SRCS C3 Pro headset without the TomTom Rider 450.

I checked on a different phone model. Older phone model with Android ver. 4.
In this case, the sound quality of phone calls is correct.
So why is the sound quality of phone calls in my HUAWEI P30 (Android ver. 10) bad?
This is only for a Bluetooth connection to the TomTom Rider 450.
In a direct connection between HUAWEI P30 and Schuberth SRC System C3 Pro, the sound quality is correct.

Try to delete the hidden cache on your HUAWEI P30.
    First delete the bluetooth paring.
Google how to delete the hidden cache and delete it.
    Reboot your phone
    Drum reset your Rider
Repair your Phone with your Rider.

    1. I have deleted bluetooth pairing on my phone.
    2. I have deleted the hidden cache on my HUAWEI P30.
    3. I restarted the phone.
    4. I restarted the TomTom Rider 450 (restored the factory settings).
    5. I have paired my phone with the TomTom Rider 450.
Unfortunately, it didn't help. There is still very bad voice quality on phone calls.

Than I am out of options.
Try to open a support call at Huawai.
