How do I get my MyDrive Connect to recognise my device?

I have a TomTom Runners Watch, roughly 3-4 years old now. I've never connected to anything before because I always used Strava on my phone, whilst my watch I used to check pace/time/distance. Due to my phone half exploding mid run I couldn't log my run and want to get the record off my watch and on to strava. Although when I open up MyDrive connect and plug in my watch nothing changes and it doesn't seem to recognise that it is there. I've also navigated to My Computer and it doesn't open as a separate drive

Any ideas how to get my Watch partnered with My MyDrive?

Thanks Nabu. I navigated some posts and found a direct link to the software

Now just need to work out how to export the runs off my Watch and to then upload them to Strava
