does not TomTom home support via 130, im sign in and conect the unit and acces connect to computer , my nothing happend

The Via 130 is a NAV3 device and is updated using MYDrive Connect....
What are the 1st 2 characters of the serial number ??? The two letters define the Tomtom Model....

have try my drive too, but not free of trouble ...:
have some trouble with connection trouble whith My drive and my unit too, dors not find no map when i try too uppdate to a less map area, try too remove the unit and conect agin, and i try agin , with same sulotion, thats because i want too try tom tom home to download from Tom tom .com, but i see what i get here...0 -

Firstly Try....
Disconnect your Tomtom device....
(Do not Reconnect your device until instructed)
Logout of MyDrive Connect....
From the Power menu, 'Restart' your PC (NOT Turn it Off 'n' On again)....
Run MyDrive Connect....
Login to MyDrive Connect....
Connect & Start your device....

If you are still having problems with MyDrive Connect... I find deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect Program will usually bring MyDrive Connect back to life...

feedback of good news now, have uppdate with no trouble , maybe the system have been uppdate from Tom Tom, what ever the happening good...im happy too0
