Transferring POI to new device

in MyDrive Connect
I got an upgraded device and wish to transfer all my POI to the new device managed by MyDrive Connect. I saved all the favourites into a POI but cannot export them to the computer. The TOM TOM HOME does not recognize the device.

    Wich device do you own? Most devices are mannaged with MyDrive Connect or via WiFI
