Tomtom GO 5200. traffic data connectivity

Dear,
Since some time I noticed that I don't get a dataconnection anymore on my GO5200 without my phone. Since Mydrive is still a major battery drain problem (for years now) I'm not very satisfied with this. My parents bought the GO5200 in the Netherlands for me. I live in Belgium. When I'm in the Netherlands the dataconnection works without my phone without any issues. It seams that dataconnection is only available in the country in which it is bought. This was not when I just had the GO 5200. Can you enable abroad data connectivity again or at least change the home country for my device to Belgium?
This would strongly improve my satisfaction of my TT.

    There are no phone lines working because so many are working from home because of Covid.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat.. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    Option to Chat should appear. Out of normal working hours an Email option should appear.

    It worked and I got support via chat. They noted down my data and even a couple of hours later the data connection of my TTGO worked again like a charm! :-)
