Cannot connect my TomTom Go 6200 to the mydrive connect app

I am trying to pair the Go6200 with my drive app on mac (both running latest version) but it never connect

Every time I got the same message:

Follow these steps on the device.

1. On the device, Go to Settings in the main Menu.

2. Tap My Drive

3. Enter an existing Tomtom Account or Create an account to Login and add the device.

4. Once successfully logged on the device, click "Continue" below.


But, both (GPs and App) are logged with the same account, logged on the same wifi..

    a 6200 does not need my drive connect a simple socket is sufficient

    no need for a computer while wifi

    I know.. but on the past it was working.. from the myDriveApp and now it does not work..
