Think I will buy a different device

New Traveler
Every time my device tells me to "Update" I open My Drive connect and this device crashes completely! No more maps, no more help from Tom Tom and everytime I try to reload maps, the device crashes and has to start over. It reloads as much as 91% and says "OOps, no connection to the internet. Will re load when connection is re established. Does this happen to anybody else?
