Standby and slow load up

My specific device has become impossible to use for around 5 minutes upon start-up from "standby". There is now no difference between switching this device OFF and standby. It hangs sometimes with multiple screen images often overlapping or just smoked over; it usually crashes at least once a day. it will recover, by that the screen goes black for around 30 seconds and then reverts to the destination set. There is a two-second delay when putting commands into the device, not always but frequently. is there a software update/upgrade?

    Could be related to a software glitch, I would recommend that you do a factory reset and test it when you drive next time.

    Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.

    To avoid losing your stored favourites on the device, you can create a back-up using MyDrive..
