Renault Greek Voice

Hello, I have a renault megane 2015 with Carminat Live. I purchased europe map online and installed the map as well as latest navigation core 9.884. My problem is I want to use Greek voice. I tried to select Aphrodite from Home app, but I can't find it inside the device. I also ordered Aristides voice for free, but it doesn't appear in TThome app. In app settings there are only Aristides and Olympia voices grayed out, saying I need to install from DVD. What am I doing wrong? Also, road and city names appear in Latin characters, although the interface is in Greek, is this correct?
