Go Supreme New Zealand, Traffic Expires Soon

I've just purchased a Tom Tom Go Supreme 6" from the New Zealand website. This device comes with Free Tom Tom Traffic. However after setting up the device, it states that 'Traffic Expires soon' and will expire on 18/09/2021.

Can you please help me resolve this issue?

    @VikramK or @lampard should pick this up on Monday and check your units settings on the TT servers and adjust if required. Look back here then to see what they say.

    This is what the website says about the Go Supreme:

    • Your TomTom device comes with regular traffic and mobile speed camera services. To receive these services your device needs to be smartphone connected, or equipped with a built-in SIM including Data.

    The GO Supreme model does not have an inbuilt sim and so you need to have it paired to a Smart phone via Bluetooth. and use the phones data allowance to pick up the traffic data etc from the TT servers when not in range of your Wifi.

    Yes. My Tom Tom is currently working fine, having connected to my iPhone via blue tooth. I understand it will consume some data on my iPhone.

    My concern is that the Traffic Service will expire in a months time, according to the status displayed on the device. But I am fully expecting Traffic is free for the lifetime of the Tom Tom device.

    I already own an older Tom Tom device that is still working. The free traffic is the main reason I am buying this New device.

    If you look at numerous posts on here others have experienced the same issue and more often than not once one of the Mods I have flagged the issue to has picked it up then it is resolved. As I said look back here Monday and see what they say.

    It seems to work! the expiry message has now gone! Thanks!

    However, I notice my Tom Tom device has now disappeared from account --> "My Products" page.

    How can I add it back? It was automatically added when I first set up the device.
