trucker 6000 live traffic subscription

Hello, I havejust got my subscription for LIVE traffic renewed and I was charged the amount for that but unfortunately my 6000 trucker still says that I need to purchase subscription to reactivate Traffic information updated. I have done this on the 13th Aug, yearly subscription has been runing since but for now its useless. Anyone can help me with this issue

    Contact Customer support via Chat on Monday.

    There are no phone lines working because so many are working from home because of Covid.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat.. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    Thank you everybody for help, i know I can always ask tomtom on chat or ask via email. I just thought somebody can really give me the answer why my subscription isnt working.

    They are the people you need to contact to get the subscription allocated which it has not done as part of the purchase process.
