No GPS signal

I have a TomTom One that I haven't used in a long time (model N14644 Canada 310). After switching on, I found that there is no contact with the satellite:
Waiting for a valid GPS signal...
0 satelites
GPS signal strength --> zero
Waiting for the correct GPS signal ...
I got a message while updating my TomTom Home:
"Your device is already obsolete... (...) Your active subscriptions will work as usual, but you will not be able to renew them. Your reliable device will continue to function as before."
Can anyone explain to me what happened, why I don't have GPS signal?
Regards,

try to do a demo course

although one no longer receives satellites due to
    A Nav2 device then it's a GPS problem (WNRO)

Thank you for the information WNRO.
Running a demo course gives nothing.
I have read a bit about WNRO, but I still don't understand why my device is not working.

    The manufacturer informs:
Due to the age of your device and the limitation of the internal memory, it is no longer possible to update it with new software or buy maps and services. Active and Lifetime subscriptions will continue as normal but you will not be able to renew them. Your trusted device will continue to function as it does now.

So I don't need new software, I don't need new maps and services, I don't need to renew subscriptions but I want the device will work as before.
Is there any fix path available to fix the WNRO problem?
Have other TomTom One users solved this problem? Do they have GPS signal?
