bought a TomTom Via 53 with Lifetime TomTom Traffic, which is expired

Hello,
Last month I bought the TomTom Via 53 with Lifetime TomTom Traffic. Sadly it doesn't work, because it says, that it is expired since 2020. I already tried to reset my TomTom to default, but it didn't help.
How can I fix this?
