I changed my phone and used Google Drive. I got my own preferences not my maps so I loaded them using the app. But I had on my old phone your services including speedcameras and maps. How can I get back my licenses?

Now it's Google play or apple that manages the subscriptions you had to take a new Google play subscription.

    Tomtom no longer manages subscriptions.
Ask Apple who is transferring your subscription to Android.

My 12-month Family Plan subscribtion has disappeard from my Orders if I look it from my new Android phone! But iPhone still shows that it will be automatically recharged next time 14.6.2022 and it still works on my old iPhone 7 Plus which has IOS version 14.7.2 !!!
I think this is a licensing failure.

There is no family plan subscription for Android.

if more than one Android sign in with the same Google play account.

Do you mean that your iPhone long period subscribtions don't work in Android phones? If that is the case you should warn buyers. I have paid for 12 months and I can't even use one subscribtion after switching phone.

One let us believe that, but is that a real fact?

This answer indicates that it is still possible to buy a subscription independent from a specific store.

Can one therefore conclude that it is possible to have a subscription for both Android as iOS and thus one doesn't need to pay twice?
I've mentioned this a couple of times, but got no clarifications (from TT) so far.

It is no longer Tomtom which manages the subscriptions but Apple for IOS, Google for Android.

    Hi @JerryK

It's not possible to share the same subscription of the GO app across platforms since they are managed by Apple and Google, not tied with the TomTom account.
