no help in Dutch and by phone

Several times I have sought help via chat and e-mail and asked for a telephone number. But TomTom refuses to help me. See also the following complaints. No help with:
Problems with my old sat nav, Go 6000.
Not good help with choosing new navigation systems.
Not good support when deploying Go Discover.
No help with returning Go Discover.
I don't have a good command of the English language and this translation is with Google translate.

Who can help me in Dutch. I am looking for a new TomTom, but, if necessary, with telephone help.

    if someone helps you on the phone it can only be a crook

    Are you sure you have been talking to TT Customer Support or have you been on to a scam website .

    What issues have you had as maybe we can help.

    If you want to return something to Tomtom then you need to contact Customer Support via Chat..There are no phone lines working because so many are working from home because of Covid.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat.. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    Thank you for your response. I was actually logged in to the TT website and have often been in contact via chat and e-mail. But I get standard answers, which don't help me further. Because I couldn't use the functions on my TomTom Go Discover, I sent it back. I have the TomTom GO Expert / GO Discover 7"
