where is the map I paid for?

Hi guys,
only thing which seems to work is the payment. Chtabot sucks, help sucks, ne email, no phone number, great service!
I paid 64€ for maps which never downloaded and appear nowhere. Evene though I got a screen saying "payment successful". I'm supposed to see the map in "My Maps" which is also nowhere to be seen. Any one can help? Or provide a way to contact a real person and not a f... bot ?

    Looks like the maps have not been allocated to your account yet. This is a forum for users and not a direct link to Customer support. I suggest you contact them via Chat with your details and they can sort it out.

    There are no phone lines working because so many are working from home because of Covid.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat.. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    Hi Doug,
    many thanks for trying to help. I understand this is a forum and not HOL or Tomtom support. Actually they don't provide support... I tried what you suggest and could only "chat" with a bot which is 1) totally useless 2) full of bugs.
    If I understand what you say I can get a real human being during working hours?
    I'll try that someday but right now I'm going to hit the road so it'll have to wait....
