Can't install updates

I have a TomTom GO5200. Recently it stopped showing any live services or updates, so I've reset it. It's now reporting that there is a community map update but when I try to install it helpfully just says, "Oops something has gone wrong". As an experiment I tried to add a new map and that produces the same error? What can I do to address this?

    Hi @tomtom_un14_03

How much free memory do you have on the internal memory and on the extra memory card you have one fitted.

You will find the values in:-

    Tap Menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap System
    Scroll down the find values.

Is there anywhere on my device where I can see logging information to see what is the cause of the error message?
