Why does my Go 6200 no lomger show traffic jams on any map or on my routes?

My TomTom GO 6200 no longer shows red traffic jams on the maps, and does not show route obstructions on my routs and does not offer alternative routes.

    @VikramK should pick this up on Monday when he is back on the forum and can check your units settings on the TT servers. Look back then to see what he has to say.
