Hi,
My TomTom Go app on my Samsung Android phone is asking for a subscription but i have subscribed to Western Europe Lifetime on my Rider sat nav, why does this not show on my account?

The Phone App is not associated to the PND units so if for example you had 2 PND units then any subscription is tied to the PND units serial number it was purchased for.
