No traffic and danger zone updates available on my tomtom go supreme

Hello,
I see in about page of the GPS that traffic and danger zone updates are disabled and traffic icon is gray when I'm navigating to a destination. How can I fix this issue?
The GPS seems connected to my iPhone.

The issue with my device was that for traffic updates you need to have wifi connection and as soon as I enabled hotspot on my phone and connected my GPS, I started getting traffic updates.
