Purchased a speed camera update and cant get the thing to update

Purchased a speed camera update for my 6200 will not let me update says sign then after sign in prees the next button but just keeps you on the same page brings you back to the same crap page very frustrating and useless0

Is this a Pro GO 6200 model or a car based GO 6200. If the latter then you should not purchase Cameras Updates as they are included with the unit.
If you have purchased updates the Cameras updates are usually released on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Note... If your subscription has expired you will NOT get any Speed cam warning on the device, even the old database is still installed on the device....
