My device is : GO620 serial no. ZExxxxxxx59.. Currently there are 7 updates to perform. The upgrades go up to 99% and return to 76%...and again and again..I charged my device for 24 hours...When I connect to PC and consult the WIFI icon I get the text: "Unknown network - no internet access Can anyone please help me Soft reset or Hard reset.... NOTHING HELPS....

    When you connect your unit to your PC then it does not connect to Wifi at the same time as it is seeking to connect to the Internet via you PC with My Drive Running.

    Have you got an extra memory card fitted. If yes then remove after you have ensured you have a map on the internal memory. If you have not got an extra memory card fitted then possibly the map updates will not fit on the internal memory.
