Re-register map for TomTom system

I have three TomtTom systems (Via 130 AW2232D02182, START 52 XR1038I02379, START 20 AY6305A90948) under my account. I have bought new map (Eastern Europe countries) for my TomTom. I intended to install this new map for my newest TomTom (START 52 XR1038I02379). Unfortunately, I wrongly requested this map for another TomTom (Via 130 AW2232D02182) which is not in use by me. Do you know how to re-register the map Eastern Europe for my Start 52 system? Thank you!"

    You should contact Customer Support via Chat as this is a user forum.

    There are no phone lines working because so many are working from home because of Covid.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat.. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.
