Tom Tom Rider 550 not connecting

Hi there I am having huge issues with paring my Rider 550 to my phone. My Rider 410 connects no worries however the 550 takes forever to come up and sometimes doesn't show at all. Once connected the "Smartphone messages" says "connecting" but wont connect or "Unable to connect" but the Bluetooth is connected. Can anyone help me please? Ive had it connected recently but since then no good.

    Hi @AndyFrasTT

    Could be related to a software glitch, I would recommend that you do a factory reset and test it when you drive next time.

    Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.

    To avoid losing your stored favourites on the device, you can create a back-up using MyDrive..

    On the phone > Delete the previous Bluetooth pairing - Restart the phone

    Start with a fresh pairing....
