Live services stopped working (Go 1005 live)

Live services have stopped working, there is no "Me and My Device" as as indicated in manual. Have re installed MyDriveconnect and done factory reset on device. No live services shown on my account but purchased March this year. My Services fails to connect. Settings, connections, network, shows status, connection disabled (sharing settings)

    Contacted TomTom. After one software reinstall and an update it's all working again. Impressed by their support and comprehensive instructions. My TomTom lives to fight another day. Many thanks for your help.

    Would be nice if they would reply to my request for help then! Especially if it's that easy for them it feels to me like because my device is older this is another attempt to force me to upgrade?
