I bought new maps and Live services on the TomTom website, but when I insert my SD card of the NVA-SD8110 on my PC, TomTom HOME doesn't recognize that I already bought the cards and the Live services. It doesn't activate anything. When I insert the "updated" card in my Mazda 2, it keeps saying error code 515 or code 30. Nothing is updated and I can not connect to live services.

PS: in TomTom HOME I get the advice to update my cards. But I logged in at TomTom HOME with the same account as on the TOMTOM website. So I would think it would recognise I already bought new cards and services.

Can anyone advice how I even get to the menu showing phone pairing. I tried to restart but only get the maps but can't access the Menu. My phone can see the nav system but can't connect it.
    Is a NVA-SD8110 Mazda 6 2012...
