Go400 with Pixel 2 phone constantly trying and failing to connect

Ever since my wife and I upgraded our phones to second-hand Pixel 2's, we've been unable to to get traffic on the TomTom. It briefly shows 'Phone connected', then a few seconds later says 'Lost connection to your phone'; it repeats indefinitely.

Our TomTom is fully updated and our phones are running android 11.

Is there a fix, or a work-around for this issue please?

    Hi @AndyFrasTT

    Could be related to a software glitch, I would recommend that you do a factory reset and test it when you drive next time.

    Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.

    To avoid losing your stored favourites on the device, you can create a back-up using MyDrive..

    On the phone > Delete the previous Bluetooth pairing - Restart the phone

    Start with a fresh pairing....
