hi,
I think by mistake I flash wrong navcore (9.884). I dont remember what was before. Now even if I have Live services , device don't connect to see traffic. Navigation is fine.
Customer service told me to reset device and log off, but is impossible to logoff...

What is latest navcore for my indash device? Can I go back?

hi, if your device has been without live for a long time with or without navcore the live is no longer visible

la carte SIM du Carminat TomTom est désactivée lorsqu'il n'y a pas d'abonnement actif (services LIVE) pendant 3 ans.

Yes, 9.884 is the last update available if you have gone too long without renewing your live subscription your Sim card is deactivated and it is no longer possible to reactivate it.

no, support told me SIM card is activated and LIVe too
