Discusted with the support, faulty device only had it 2 days, asked for an exchange and they keep telling me to reset it which I have done and its still faulty, will not buy from them again

Which reset have you done? A soft reset by holding the On/Off button in for about 20 seconds until you hear the drumroll sound or a Reset Device in Menu/Settings/System.
Also what is the problem with the device.
Have you spoken to TT Customer Support or were you using Chat.

I've done both resets all done through email, I asked for a replacement but was told you don't do that, offered a repair or refund, why can't you just exchange it I need this for my job0
