Go 6200 is not syncing with route plans entered in route planner. Any suggestions why?

I plan routes online or on my phone and click to sync but it does not sync with my G0 6200

    you must put your 6200 in WIFI

    By phone do not know

    Are you logged into 'MyDrive' on the GO 6200
    Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> MyDrive... login with your Tomtom account Email & Password....
