Go Discover TomTom Traffic disabled, says subscription expired but purchased this year

Recently purchased a GO Discover 5 to replace old 6000. One of the best features of the old 6000 was live traffic. Helped me stay calm on the M25 many times. Expected the Go Discover to deliver the same but last week on the A14 was caught in slow moving traffic and no updates.
In Settings/System/About/Subscriptions it says Traffic 'Expired' so tap on the line and it says 'You a TomTom Traffic Subscription'. Very annoying, how is it fixed?

My team has fixed the services for your TomTom, please do a soft reset and check for updates.
