Hello, the support page is unavailable, it redirects to the forum page, so I can't even get a phone number for them.
Question: is it possible to transfer a speed camera subscription from an old device to a new device? I bought a subscription a week ago, but today unexpectedly got a newer navigation as a gift and I will not use the old one anymore. The new one comes with a free year of speed cameras, but I'd like to transfer or return a purchased package on old device

Got an update from the team.
The issue is mostly caused when you have an ad-blocker (extension) in your browser.
@wojtoosh @Maps_Force_Upgrade
I know you tried 4 different browsers, any chance you had an ad blocker extensions enabled (in the browser)?

Hi @wojtoosh
You could try contacting Customer Support via chat to see if they will do as you wish.
Try the following:-
Tap Support at the top of this page
You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
Tap Get in Touch
You are now offered Chat.. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available.
Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.
If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

I tried this on newest version of Opera, FF, Chrome and Edge and everywhere after click on "get in touch" the help window just closed. When I tried to press any topic in the window, a code that I did not understand appeared to me. For example, when i click on "Update my device" i got answer:
When i click "try again" i got "Sorry, this choice is no longer available."0 -
Hi, I have the exact same problem. My old GO 5000 is still active on my account, could this be causing confusion?0

First I tried in polish (https://help.tomtom.com/hc/pl-pl), later in GB (https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb) but the problem is the same0 -
