Live Services Subscription Not Activated

I purchased a yearly subscription (to live services) a couple of days ago for my TT Carminat in my Renault Scenic. This still doesn't appear to have activated as I still can't connect. Is there anything I need to do ?

    Welcome to the community!
    The SIM card on the TomTom Carminat gets deactivated or disabled when there is no active subscription(LIVE Services) for 3 years.

    I reviewed your account and I see the previous subscription ended in 2016. More info on our support article

    You can contact our customer service to raise a refund request.
