My brand new tomtom rider 500 keep constantly ever single minute switching off and on

    @Richardmt10 Bad connection to bike/vehicle power supply?

    Maybe the internal battery needs a bit of private time to fully charge after being on shelf for a bit too long. Perhaps give the thing an over night boost charge on a higher power USB charger else on yer bike and in secure place.

    the tomtom rider 500 is brand new. it comes last week. i charged it more then 24 hours. once i connect it on pc or charger or direct on bike on the wire provided it still keep switch off and after 5 seconds switch on and this happening all the time. im watching it for 2 hours and no change

    i bought it from ebay and im going to send it back. i had many tomtom sat navs and never happen this to me before

    another thing is that the battery is showing its fully charged and the unit is a bit hot. to me its mean its charging properly
