Lost the screen which gave me route options of shortest, fastest, avoiding motorways etc?

I have a tom tom navigation system in my 2014 mazda 6. I recently accidentely restored it back to factory settings and no longer get the screen for route options? It automatically goes to fastest route? Any ideas?
