I used Bing maps and maps Windows 10 maps which are basically the same, but their street view data lasted from 2014-15. I wanted to know is this data old itself from TomTom or the Map app maker doesn't include the updated data to their services. I don't know any other maps services uses the TomTom data except Apple apps which I don't have access to that is why i am asking.

MetinHsnv, Bing Maps/Windows maps uses TomTom Data as a base map, though it uses other sources as well, the imagery is not by TomTom.
If you go to bing.com, on the bottom left, it will show some copyrighted names, that will have the name of the imagery used. Like the source, report in bing.com/maps, choose map issue, blurry.

@MetinHsnv Hello,
What I mean is that if you go to bing.com/maps or Windows Maps, turn on aeriel, in the bottom right, it will show C TomTom, Microsoft, also it will show another name.
That is the aeriel provider, like Geostar Geographics, you can report the map issue normally through Windows Maps or Bing Maps.
https://feedback.azuremaps.com also here as well.

@MetinHsnv You're welcome, you may report the blurry image in Bing the normal way also here http://feedback.azuremaps.com/.
Bing:
Click Feedback, Choose Map Problem, Imagery, Blurry.
Feedback Azure:
Click the link above and just click on a place, comment, you may click the 5th icon down to change the map to aeriel.
You're welcome1
