My tomtom pro as stopped working and I took out the 5 year tomtom care warranty and told by email last week someone would contact me as it has to go back, but after many emails no one is coming back to me and now Tom Tom has stopped there phone number I find the service very very poor and will never by a Tom Tom again as they use to be be very good but not no more.
