    In iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Family Sharing, have you set up your family on both phones?

    I have the same issue on my phones. Setup is correct, but it doesn't recognize the family-subscription. If I do an uninstall - there is a pop-up asking me to cancel it...
    How do I link my account with the subscription?

    I only have a single iOS device so can't check anything here but the Apple help page that @lampard linked looks pretty good to me:

    Apple is set up correctly. At least TomTom doesn't accept it.

    I think you just sign in to both devices using your TomTom subscription account, and both devices will utilise the family subscription.

    The app subscriptions are handled by Apple while our login handles our Services like Traffic and MyDrive.
