installed new map, but only language for UK was serbian!!! No other options were enabled why?

Also Map was inaccurate, trying to put me down wrong way of dual carriageway, junctions appear to be ~15m out( to late). Also shown to go both left and right at the same time... there is more sorry I upgraded the maps. Why inaccuracy, why no English language,

    Bit cryptic!!! Do you mean do hard reset on device and then I should have the english option shown to select?

    Tried partial reset...did not work
    Tried full reset... did not work, but now lost all my favourites :-(
    I see 2 English language voices and 2 Serbian voices, but the English voices are greyed out so cannot be selected same as after I did the upgrade!
