lost maps after update

in Devices using TomTom HOME
just round to doing the final update on my trusty g0720 and no have no maps and these were not backed up

    Hi @andyJ-M

    Let us see if @VikramK can activate a map for you although be aware that the GO720 units with the serial number prefixes M6/M9 have been declared obsolete .

    i wish i had not done the fixes now, it was working all be it a bit slow. i thought the fixes would remedy the slowness to connect to satellites
