After the strap broke, my Spark / Runner 2 watch fell to the ground. Now to see the screen I have to press with my fingers, when I release it disappears. It seems to have a fault. Do you have repair?

You can't get it repaired for several reasons. TT Sports went out of business almost 4 years ago, they never offered a repair service, glass breakage is not covered under warranty and the glass is not a replaceable part. There is nothing to be done about it, the watch is already an obsolete dead product so there is no point in trying to revive it.
Move on to a new watch.
