Battery problem in my Tomtom go 5000

Dear sir,
I am using your Tomtom go 5000 product very nicely since I have bought it. Last week it's showing me battery is not charged. I am always using same car cigarette adaptar. Today all the day I could not success to solv the problem. I have try to reset as to push button 30 s but no improve. In this case that is service ? I try to call your service no in sweden but no answer. Please help me as soon as possibe. Thanks

    Welcome to the community! Have you tried charging it using a wall charger or through a computer?
    Also try using an alternate cable to see if it helps.
