Unable to login due to incorrect password (actually not true!) and reset password not working

I created an account for Mydrive Connect to update my Tomtom but I actually can't log in as the password for the site is not correct. I am sure the password is correct because I took note of it but the fact is that even if I want to change it the reset procedure on the site does not work, I always get the same error "Reset password failed".
This is really frustasting and I really do regret to have purchased a Tom tom.
I hope that at least here I will receive prompt assistance.
