Has anyone else had problems with a repair within warranty period.

Hi I've had some problems with my camper device, it started with voice instructions just stopping part way through a journey, also it has now decided to shut down whilst driving along. After numerous conversations on their chat systems they agreed to have it in for repair, then we are informed that the repair isn't covered by warranty not that they have said what's wrong but its stored safely in a tomtom supplied case not mistreated and using tomtom supplied wires and connectors so why is repair not covered. Not happy with the service from the company .

    Are any of the Sound Icons slashed through ???

    Note... The Day/Night screen brightness Icon...
    Should be slashed through....

    Maybe useful, Device shutting down....
    The Previous NAV4 and Latest (NAV5 Wi-Fi) devices are quite power hungry and can go into "Power saving mode" if not supplied with enough power
